Curious about how nextbike works? Discover answers to the most common questions and find everything you need to get started with confidence.
All of our bikes must be returned only to official nextbike stations. These stations can be found on the app and on our website. If you return the bike to a place that is not nextbike station, you will be charged with a service fee of €20. In order to avoid that fee, you must rent the bike again and return it to an official nextbike station.
Please contact our customer support via app or email to correct any miscalculations.
Provide us with all the necessary information about the rental / rate / nextbike account / bike number to understand the matter.

If your account goes into negative balance because outstanding amounts cannot be written off, your account will be temporarily deactivated until the outstanding amount is paid. Check that you have a valid means of payment.
You can delete your account through the app by navigating to Account > Settings > Delete Account.
Alternatively, email us at info@nextbike.com.cy.
Before deleting your account, we'll check for issues and deactivate it.
It is likely that outstanding amounts could not be debited from your bank account or no payment method was deposited. Check this in your customer account and contact customer support if you have any doubts.

If you want to change your phone number, please contact our
customer service at info@nextbike.com.cy (info@nextbike.com.cy). Send the email from the email address you use for your account.
Return the bike outside of Flexzone. Bike’s return outside the Flex Zone, but not to an official nextbike station, equals additional charges.
Return the bike inside of Flexzone. Bike’s return inside the Flex Zone, but not to an official nextbike station, equals additional charges.
Temporary stop the bike. Once you temporarily stop the bike, time is still running and the charging continues.
Temporary stop the bike instead of Return the bike. If you want to return the bike and accidently put the bike in temporary stop mode, the time is still running and the charging continues. Return the bike to end the charging.
